This includes a review of progress made, making any adjustments and continuing with the rehabilitation programme set, This may include a variety of methods of manual therapy, massage and exercise prescription to ensure we not only treat the symptoms of the injury and that we also work on improving any weaknesses and movement technique issues which may have caused it in the first place.
